As part of a global research project with the Institute of Coaching at Harvard, Dr. David Drake has developed a framework that moves beyond competency frameworks to provide a comprehensive approach to develop and assess coaches for this era.

It is a framework from the field of Integrative Development, and it will significantly expand what you notice and how you coach. David will introduce The Five Maturities, invite you to try them, and show you how to let go of old assumptions so you can make a greater impact.

In this demonstration, you’ll be introduced to the ‘Developmental Threshold Zone’ model as the primary frame through which to view the session. You’ll learn how Narrative Coaches use this framework to liberate the learning and development potential at key moments during the coaching.
