Coaching Circles are small, facilitator led peer groups of around 8 to 10 coaches, thoughtfully matched by timezone, location, and experience. Each group meets monthly in a consistent format designed not just for conversation, but for real coaching practice.

These sessions create a space where you can both coach and be coached by your peers, while also observing real coaching in action. This balance of practice and observation helps you build confidence, refine your skills, and learn directly from how other coaches approach their work.

Each Circle is guided by a trained facilitator to ensure structure, psychological safety, and meaningful reflection, with the flexibility to observe before actively participating.

6. How do Members earn 100+ ICF CCEUs annually?

Through our Coaching Mastery and Implementation Mastery sessions across the year, you can earn ICF CCEUs by attending live or watching recordings on demand.

After attending a session or watching a recording, you’ll complete a short quiz to demonstrate your learning. Once completed, you can download a personalised certificate reflecting the credits you’ve earned.
