“Permacrisis” was the Collins Dictionary word of the year, and it aptly captures the mood of the moment. It requires that we lead differently, starting with ourselves and extending into the ecosystems that we and our organizations exist in. This complexity requires that we develop a depth of wisdom in ourselves and our organizations – one that enables us to make better decisions.
What does it mean to be wise? Wisdom is not just about intelligence, knowledge, or character. It’s about making wise decisions, and even wise people can sometimes make foolish decisions.
By intentionally supporting people in our organizations to be wiser, regardless of experience level, we can have an exponential impact. Join us to discover the true power of wisdom and learn to make the right decisions, creating a meaningful and happy life.
