Ruchika Sikri, General Partner and Principal, Wisdom Ventures Fund

Ruchika is following her life’s purpose and mission to create a better world by supporting globally accessible mindfulness, compassion and wellness platforms. She is currently advising several start-up founders and non-profits who are innovating in this space. She had a successful corporate career of 25+ years at Google, Microsoft, Cisco and other tech companies. 

Ruchika’s inspiration to do this work comes from leading Well Being and Mindfulness Learning Programs & Strategy for several years at Google, where she designed, facilitated, and curated well-being and mindfulness learning programs for over 120K employees. She developed a passionate community of 350+ volunteers, to establish a self-sustaining culture where thousands of Googlers regularly practice mindfulness for better well-being, healthier interpersonal relationships, and sustainable high performance. 

Ruchika’s daily mindfulness and yoga practice is grounded in increasing clarity in mind, purity in heart, and sincerity in action. She is a mom to two wonderful children and lives with her husband in the bay area.
