Reese Haydon, MS, is an executive talent and organization development leader and consultant. In his current role leading executive development at Dropbox, he pushes the organization to strategically invest in the next generation of executive leadership. Reese’s work spans leading Dropbox’s internal and external executive coaching practice, executive development and integration assessments, leadership accelerator experiences, senior leadership team effectiveness, and organizational consulting.
As a practitioner, Reese uses evidence-based practices and innovative approaches to help senior leaders and their teams operate at their best.
