Increasing the understanding and awareness of coaching among public, private, and nonprofit sector organization leaders in Africa is a prerequisite for inclusive global development, and the elimination of poverty across the world.
In this session, you’ll explore the strategies for normalizing coaching among leaders in Africa – a continent that contains a disproportionate share of the globe’s poorest people. You’ll also examine innovative coaching methodologies that can influence the world to create a better human experience.
