Biography

Jennifer Paylor is the Head of Learning & Development, Talent, and Culture for Capgemini in North America. She is a highly accomplished member of Marshall Goldsmith’s exclusive group of MG100 coaches, a scholar, and a patented inventor of a coaching system for guiding interactions.

She uses art and science to help leaders – from aspiring leaders to senior executives – create the best work environments for their teams, create an innovative culture, and achieve exponential growth for their companies.

Jennifer left a coaching legacy at IBM after her 20-year tenure with the firm where she is known worldwide for creating and operationalizing the largest internal coaching practice. Under her leadership of the IBM Coaching Community of Practice, she designed the famous IBM Blue Core Coaching (BCC) skills training program.

Today, Jennifer is responsible for leading the organizational culture agenda, creating the talent strategy, and building a learning culture for all North America employees including Canada.
Jennifer contributes her thought leadership externally and has been featured at industry conferences like The Conference Board, Wellbeing@Work Summit UK, Grant Thornton, WBECs, EMCC Global, and ICF to name a few. She has shared the stage with gurus like Daniel Goleman and Marshall Goldsmith. She is featured in the New York Times Best-Seller, The Advice Trap by Michael Bungay Stainer.

In August 2020, Jennifer was awarded the GOLD STEVIE® WINNER for the Most Valuable HR Professional. This award recognized Jennifer’s outstanding and innovative achievements during the COVID-19 pandemic to keep the organization’s employees working, paid, safe, and informed.

Lastly, Jennifer designed the “Cracking the Humility Code” model that is in high demand due to the circumstances surrounding the worldwide pandemic that forced companies to move to remote work. She is writing a book that will be released in 2021.
