Biography

Hannah Murphy, Ph.D. is an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist and leadership & succession consultant at Russell Reynolds. Prior to RRA she led Executive Development at Cisco. She has spent the last decade helping small and large organizations improve their talent management and leadership development practices, with a special emphasis on executive coaching, team development, and assessment. 

She thrives when coaching executives and her team, and spends her free time coaching leaders of startups and nonprofits, including Global Citizen. She enjoys contributing to podcasts and leadership conferences, including The Society of Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Society of Consulting Psychology, and Columbia University’s Coaching Conference. Outside of work Hannah loves getting outdoors and has recently picked up the craft of watercoloring and leading a plant-based lifestyle.
