Biography

I am a coach, supervisor, Mental Health Advocate and educator in both Deep Health and Suicide prevention. I am regularly reminded that mind and body, context, professional and personal lives are irrevocably intertwined. My clients are all over the world.

Our clients place trust in us, and I am passionate about equipping ourselves well. My greatest love is learning followed by a love of life and a bundle of grandchildren who are our future.

Answer Questions

Mental health can decline to a point where functioning well is no longer possible. You might be the only person your coaching client has opened to. Are you equipped?

We will consider in this session:

  • Our reactions and responses to declining mental health showing up in coaching
  • What we can do when we believe someone is struggling
  • How we can build our own knowledge and skill
  • Managing risk and maintaining ethical boundaries
  1. Learn how to react and respond well in the moment someone expresses declining mental health.
  2. Learn how to build your knowledge and skill to support your client appropriately.
  3. Know how to manage risk and work to ethical boundaries.
