Bio:
My favorite way to describe my work is that I reintroduce Successful Entrepreneurs and Senior Executives to their families. A serial entrepreneur, I am recognized for combining candor, intelligence, and humor with masterful coaching.
I challenge leaders and their teams to reach their highest levels of performance in their professional and personal lives. I have lived with depression and ADHD for most of my life giving me a deep understanding of, and compassion for, the neurodivergence that is so common among entrepreneurs and maverick leaders.
When my life’s work is done, no entrepreneur nor maverick leader will need to experience what I did: standing on the proverbial bridge wondering how they ever got so lost …
My wife Elaine (also a best-selling author and master certified coach) and I are “up-until-COVID empty-nesters” now living in the heart of Atlanta with our two dogs and an ever-changing array of our three children. Our life is rich and full!
My best-selling book “Mindset Mondays with DTK: 52 Ways to REWIRE Your Thinking and Transform Your Life” is available on Amazon.
