Rules of Engagement

This Agreement is between Coaching.com and the participants enrolled in the WBECS 2022-2023 Coaching Mastery Sessions.

WBECS 2022-2023 Coaching Mastery Sessions

The WBECS 2022-2023 Coaching Mastery Sessions offers online, digital learning from 80+ world-class coaches and top thought leaders. The Coaching Mastery Sessions is WBECS’ flagship annual learning experience. It lasts for 11 months, between July and May.

Rules of Engagement

As a member of the WBECS 2022-2023 Coaching Mastery Sessions, you hereby commit to the following Rules of Engagement:

1. Authenticity. I will be my authentic self.
2. Generosity. I will share my authentic self with my fellow 2022-2023 Coaching Mastery Sessions participants.
3. Respect. I will respect others and build positive relationships with my fellow WBECS 2022-2023 Coaching Mastery Sessions Participants. I will make my connections safe, easy, and comfortable for others and for myself. I will appreciate others’ strengths, celebrate their wins, respect their differences, and accept their challenges.
4. Commitment. I commit to creating a positive experience in the WBECS 2022-2023 Coaching Mastery Sessions Community, both the private community and the public one, for myself and for others.
5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure. I will never share other 2022-2023 Coaching Mastery Sessions Participants’ personal information, conversations, ideas, or Intellectual Property (IP). I will not disclose 2022-2023 Coaching Mastery Sessions Participants’ names or details with any party.
6. Usability. I agree to use the proper attribution to the respective thought leader when referring to the tools, methodologies, frameworks, and concepts gained through the WBECS 2022-2023 Coaching Mastery Sessions.
7. Responsibility. I take personal responsibility for achieving the goals I have set for myself and my coaching practice, and to the way in which I engage with my new and current clients. I will allocate time to apply the knowledge, skills, and tools I gain from my Coaching Mastery Sessions participation.

WBECS strives to uphold the following rules of conduct during all live interaction sessions (Practicums, Masterminds, Implementation Mastery/Round Table Sessions, and all similar sessions where coaches gather virtually in groups to interact).

The psychological safety of all participants is paramount for all of our programs. To ensure that, WBECS would like to clarify what it considers appropriate behavior in these types of sessions:

• Participants are asked to respect that live interaction sessions are intended to be a safe, supportive environment for coaches to share their experiences, thoughts, and ideas
• All participants are asked to conduct themselves in a mindful and considerate manner towards their fellow coaches, regardless of cultural background, race, and any other personal differences. WBECS prides itself on inclusivity
• All feedback offered by participants to their fellow coaches should be focused on coaching, not the person. That is why all feedback should be:
• delivered in a non-judgemental way
• designed to encourage all parties to bring their best work and get better results
• developmental of each party’s coaching skillset
• It’s important that all opinions are heard, valued, and challenged (if necessary).
• Confidentiality is crucial - information acquired during the exercise should not be shared outside of the session.
• It’s the responsibility of each coach in the group to call out inappropriate behavior so that it can be identified and corrected in the moment
• Each participant should be willing to create a positive, respectful and trustworthy environment for everyone.
• In case of necessity, feel free to use the “raise hand” feature in Zoom and request assistance if there is a facilitator present on the call.

Specific Guidelines of each WBECS 2022-2023 Package

WBECS Coaching Mastery Sessions - Starter Pass
As a Starter Pass holder, you have access to 80+ live, online sessions, including content sessions, Live Coaching Demonstrations and Q&A sessions. You also have access to your exclusive Coaching Mastery Sessions Membership area and the Coaching Mastery Sessions online coach community. You have 72-hour access to all session recordings.

WBECS Coaching Mastery Sessions - Pro Pass
As a Pro Pass, you have access to 80+ live, online sessions, including content sessions, Implementation Mastery sessions, Round Table sessions, Live Coaching Demonstrations and Q&A sessions. You also have access to your exclusive Coaching Mastery Sessions Membership area and the Coaching Mastery Sessions online coach community. You have access to all session recordings, notes, transcripts, slides and session Q&A until June 2024.

WBECS Coaching Mastery Sessions - Premium Pass
As a Premium Pass holder, you have access to 90+ live, online sessions, including content sessions, Implementation Mastery sessions, Round Table sessions, Live Coaching Demonstrations and Q&A sessions. You also have access to your exclusive Coaching Mastery Sessions Membership area and the Coaching Mastery Sessions online coach community. You have access to all session recordings, notes, transcripts, slides and session Q&A until June 2024. In addition, you have access to 11 exclusive Premium Business Development sessions and Implementation Mastery sessions. You have the opportunity to take part in case studies, research projects, EMCC CPDs and accreditation, coach showcase opportunities and preferred member pricing on future WBECS programs, products and services.

ICF Members
If you are a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), you may earn up to 301 CCEUs by participating in the full WBECS 2022-2023 Summit. (55.5 CCEUs from the 2022 Summit and 167.5 CCEUs from the 2022-2023 Coaching Mastery Sessions.)

EMCC Members (Premium only)
If you are a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), you will automatically be recommended for EMCC Accreditation after completing at least 20 hours of participation in the full WBECS 2022-2023 Summit, as well as being able to earn up to 301 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits.

We encourage you to:

• Use WBECS 2022-2023 Coaching Mastery Sessions content to share ideas with clients, making proper attribution to the respective thought leader
• Use examples of key Coaching Mastery Sessions session concepts in presentations

You may not:

• Offer or train 2022-2023 Coaching Mastery Sessions methodologies to others
• Share the original materials contained in the 2022-2023 Coaching Mastery Sessions with others, including session notes, session slides, session transcripts, session recordings/audios, downloadables, PDF documents, worksheets, etc.
• Create and/or market derivative material based on the original 2022-2023 Coaching Mastery Sessions methodology, resources, or materials
• Share 2022-2023 Coaching Mastery Sessions content on social media or any other digital platform
• Use WBECS 2022-2023 Coaching Mastery Sessions content as part of a train-the-trainer program to train other coaches
• Distribute this content in any format as part of any program for multiple virtual users
