Tracy Sinclair

Tracy Sinclair is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a recognized specialist in the field of coaching. She is dedicated to advancing the coaching profession and fostering the coaching community. In recognition of her contributions, Tracy was included in the inaugural Coaches50 list in 2024 and received the ICF Impact Award for Distinguished Coach in 2023. She is also a two-time winner of the Thinkers50 Marshall Goldsmith Coaching Awards (2019, 2021), a finalist for the Thinkers50 Coaching and Mentoring Award in 2021, and a proud member of the Marshall Goldsmith 100 Coaches.

Tracy’s work spans coaching, teaching, mentoring, supervising, assessing, and consulting, all aimed at leveraging coaching as a resource for human development. Since 2012, she has volunteered for the ICF, holding various leadership positions on boards, committees, and task forces, including serving as ICF Global Chair in 2018. She co-authored the best-selling Becoming a Coach: The Essential ICF Guide in 2020 and founded Coaching With Conscience, a social impact initiative in the same year.

In addition to her coaching work, Tracy supports organizations in developing coaching cultures and regularly speaks at global events on coaching and leadership.
