Tim Harrison is pioneering the future of coaching. As a member of the ICF’s Global Taskforce, he has shaped industry standards on AI. Tim founded the Coaching Innovation Lab, a global initiative helping coaches leverage AI authentically and responsibly so they can increase their profits and impact. He also serves as the CEO of EPOG Academy (Enjoyable Pain of Growth), a non-profit using AI coaching to bridge the 400:1 student counselor gap.
