Biography
Tendayi Viki is an author, corporate advisor, and innovation strategist specializing in securing buy-in for transformation and breakthrough ideas. With a PhD in Psychology and an MBA, he helps leaders and teams gain trust, support, and active stakeholder participation.
As a Partner at Strategyzer, Tendayi has worked with global organizations like Symrise, Novartis, Unilever, and Pearson. He co-designed Pearson’s Product Lifecycle, an award-winning innovation framework recognized at the 2015 Corporate Entrepreneur Awards in New York.
Tendayi has been shortlisted for the Thinkers50 Innovation Award and was named on the Thinkers50 2018 Radar List for emerging management thinkers.
