Biography
Tamsen Webster is a message designer, English-to-English translator, and doctoral student specializing in persuasive message design. With over 25 years of experience, she helps leaders create messages that drive lasting buy-in and behavior change. She has worked with organizations such as Harvard Medical School, Fidelity Investments, and Klaviyo and built the message design curriculum for Elemental Impact, a leading investor in impact startups.
A judge and mentor for the Harvard Innovation Labs and an advisor at the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship, she also served as the Idea Strategist for one of nine legacy-level TEDx events worldwide. Named to the Thinkers50 Radar in 2022, she is the author of Find Your Red Thread and Say What They Can’t Unhear, which was named a top 10 management book by The Globe and Mail. She lives in Boston with her husband, two sons, and two brindle Greyhounds.
