Biography
Sridhar Laxman is the Founder & Executive Coach at Lucid Minds Coaching.
He is a Professionally Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, a Certified Deep transformational coach from the Center for Transformational Coaching, and certified in Hogan personality assessments. In addition, he finished his Mastery in Coaching program from Coacharya.
Sridhar has also taken courses in positive psychology specialization by Dr Martin Seligman and the University of Pennsylvania, neuroscience of change from Embright Institute, and meta-conversation: Measuring the efficacy of coaching from the Institute of Coaching.
Sridhar’s clients work for Abbott, Accenture, Amazon, AstraZeneca, British Petroleum, CA, Cisco, Citrix, Colgate, Crompton, Dell, Deloitte, E&Y, Federal-Mogul, GEA, Google, Goldman Sachs, and many more.
Over the last 13 years, he has coached clients across 15 countries. Before that, he spent 20 years working for HP, Schneider Electric, APC and the Times of India.
