Biography
Sarah Rozenthuler is an international keynote speaker, chartered psychologist, and award-winning author. With 20 years of experience at senior levels in global organizations, she specializes in executive coaching, team coaching, board facilitation, and leadership development.
An accomplished author, Sarah has written Now We’re Talking: How to Discuss What Really Matters (2024), Powered by Purpose (2020), and How to Have Meaningful Conversations (2012). In 2007, she founded Bridgework Consulting to empower leaders, teams, and organizations to thrive.
Sarah teaches on flagship leadership programs at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, equipping leaders with essential dialogue skills and strategies to embed purpose within their organizations. She also delivers masterclasses for the British Psychological Society, where she is an Associate Fellow.
