Sam Isaacson

Sam Isaacson is an accredited coach and coaching supervisor, and the author of How to Thrive as a Coach in a Digital World, exploring the benefits, risks and ethical dilemmas of coaching with technology. His experience includes providing coaching and professional advice to all sorts of organisations, from local niche insurers and charities to global technology companies and banks, and big public sector organisations. He was the first person to offer executive coaching in virtual reality, and is working with the profession to equip coaches as the metaverse grows in influence. He has been quoted in the mainstream UK and global media, and often features as part of conferences and publications from the professional bodies. He’s Chair of the UK Government-approved Coaching Professional apprenticeship trailblazer group, comprising more than 100 employers of coaches in England and all the big professional bodies, and he plays active roles in the ICF, EMCC Global, and the Future of Coaching Collaboration.
