In this session, we’ll discuss how to best embrace difficult conversations. Let’s face it: we are often not that effective when we talk to people, whether clients or colleagues, who have a different view on an issue or a different opinion of what we should be doing. We are also not that effective in delivering tough news. Here, we’ll discuss frameworks on how to engage in difficult conversations much more effectively.

3. To discuss how to bring a learning mindset even into the most difficult conversations.

In this session, we’ll discuss how to best work in diverse environments so that everyone has the opportunity to contribute and thrive. We’ll travel across the globe to meet leaders and employees who do this effectively, and together, we’ll reflect on what we all stand to learn from them.
