Answer Questions

Increasing the understanding and awareness of coaching among public, private, and nonprofit sector organization leaders in Africa is a prerequisite for inclusive global development, and the elimination of poverty across the world.

In this session, you’ll explore the strategies for normalizing coaching among leaders in Africa – a continent that contains a disproportionate share of the globe’s poorest people. You’ll also examine innovative coaching methodologies that can influence the world to create a better human experience.

  1. The leaders who need coaching the most are the leaders who have the least awareness of coaching or the greatest misconceptions about it.
  2. Innovative thinking in coaching methodology may unlock the benefits of coaching in Africa and influence the world to create a better human experience.
  3. Coaches can create favorable awareness by exiting their comfort zone to leverage their coaching skills into business development skills.
