Minor Arias

After almost 20 years working for two major multinational companies with experience on team leadership, internal coaching, millionaire contract negotiations and new business implementations, I decided to make a 180º shift on my personal and professional life to become a full time independent coach.

In 2014, I focused on developing my business Líderes Determinados in Costa Rica; initially providing leadership services to companies and eventually moving into full time coaching. During the last few years I’ve been serving business owners and leaders from different industries with coaching, training and retreats in different countries.

As a full time Life & Business Coach I’ve served clients in most countries of Latinamerica, some countries in Europe and EEUU.

With my Coaching + Training programs I’ve been able to serve companies in several different industries such as Aerospace, Medical, Technology, Manufacturing and Insurance.

My work has led me to serve many coaches from different countries, helping them to create a successful coaching business without the need to focus energy on Online Marketing strategies. I’m the author of two books and I’m currently writing my third book, expected to be publish late on 2022.
