Margaret M. Hernandez is the creator of the #FlexYourInfluence theory. She is the creative visionary and award-winning CEO of SocializeLA, a full-service modern marketing agency dedicated to helping clients “flex their influence” to make a powerful impact in their businesses and community.

With more than 15 years of experience, social media marketing and strong business acumen, Margaret has flexed her own influence and grown her company from a solopreneur venture to a business with 10 employees and hubs in Southern California, New York City and most recently a Pop-Up in the UK.

She’s a powerhouse who has a very unique way of bringing enthusiasm and calming the overwhelm around modern marketing. She is well respected in the marketing industry and business community.
