Biography
Dr. Marcia Reynolds is passionate about how coaching opens minds to learning. A past global president of the ICF, she is recognized in the ICF Circle of Distinction and won the 2024 Impact Award for advancing coaching culture. She has authored five books, including the international bestseller Coach the Person, Not the Problem. With a doctorate in organizational psychology and master’s degrees in communications and adult learning, Marcia continues to shape the global coaching community through her thought leadership and contributions.
