Answer Questions

What if conflict didn’t have to feel like having a root canal? What if productive conflict could be more like flossing your teeth – just a normal part of your routine?

In this session, you’ll learn to help clients incorporate productive tensions (which all corporations require) into everyday conversations. Discover processes and tools that will allow your clients to normalize tensions, and make divergent thinking a frequent, low-impact part of how they work.

  1. Understand the value of productive tensions and how they differ from more destructive drama.
  2. Learn an exercise you can use to help clients name and normalize the productive tensions required within their team.
  3. Discover opportunities for your clients to proactively include productive tensions so they can avoid unhealthy and unproductive disputes.
