Hybrid teams, combining in-person and remote work, are common now – and they’re only becoming more so. While there are advantages, psychological issues can arise from uneven team experiences, leading to a lack of trust, engagement, and productivity. This session will explore problems such as communication, collaboration, and productive conflict in hybrid teams. Participants will be provided with recommendations and tools to help clients reduce risks and achieve a healthy balance.
Hybrid teams have more challenges to overcome than teams working exclusively in one mode or the other. It takes deliberate effort to avoid the common psychological pitfalls of hybrid teams. In this session, we’ll go into depth on exercises you can use to strengthen trust, enhance collaboration, and resolve conflict in hybrid teams. You’ll gain processes and templates to help you facilitate breakthrough conversations and foster happier, healthier, and more productive hybrid teams.
