Kim Ades

Kim Ades is the President and Founder of Frame of Mind Coaching® and JournalEngine® Software. She has been coaching leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs since 1994, using her unique process, philosophy, and direct coaching style to help clients identify their blind spots and focus their thinking to achieve extraordinary results. Author, speaker, entrepreneur, coach, and mom of five, Kim is dedicated to teaching her powerful coaching process to other coaches, leaders, and entrepreneurs worldwide.

Kim has been featured in prestigious online publications such as Forbes and Inc., interviewed on hundreds of podcasts, and spoken for organizations including ICF, Microsoft, and SHRM. In addition to hosting a bi-annual live coaching and leadership training program, Kim has served as an adjunct professor at Toronto Metropolitan University and Centennial College, where she taught HR and training.
