The quality of the conversation depends on the quality of the questions.
As a television interviewer, my show was as dependent on the questions I ask of my guests, as much the stories they tell in the programme. The task is to find the questions to get under their skin and to hear, not just their prepared responses, but the answers they weren’t prepared to give!
With my framework, known as the L-O-A-D-E-D Questions, I’ve been able to elicit hitherto untold stories from my guests.
I’ve also used LOADED as a coach to help my clients shape a sustainable future and practical strategies moving forward.
The swath of LOADED questions can extract fears, hopes, visions, purpose, limiting beliefs, commitment to action and unconscious thoughts – the very ingredients to help define and redesign a transformative future.
