The transformation from coaching student to seasoned practitioner and, ultimately, masterful coach is a unique experience, with every coach traveling the path at their own pace and encountering distinct challenges and opportunities along the way. Many coaches report that the journey is a life-changing experience of learning, development, and growth that broadens their own outlook on life and work, as well as their capacity to support clients.
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is committed to supporting coaches at every step of their coaching journey, starting from their first day in coaching education and throughout their careers.
