This session involves elements of faith coaching, using a nine step coaching method that will facilitate encounter, engagement, and closure with the client. We will navigate three key areas impacted by existential angst: identity (Who I am vs. What I do), community (team membership and belonging), and sense of purpose (personal gifts and qualifications).

  1. How to include a client’s personal belief system into the coaching experience.
  2. Encouraging clients to set goals that are concrete, realistic, and attainable.
  3. Inspiring hope in the present moment.
