Jo Keeler

Jo Keeler is the Managing Director of Belbin® – The Team Role Company, where she has championed the Belbin methodology and expanded its global impact over the past 24 years. In close collaboration with Dr. Meredith Belbin, Jo ensures that the Belbin framework remains both innovative and true to its core mission. Her work spans the globe, from conferences in Auckland, Hangzhou, and Saint Louis, to guest lectures at Cranfield University and Goldsmiths University. During the pandemic, Jo launched the highly successful Belbin webinar series, sparking global conversations about team performance and the power of behavioral diversity.
