Running a service-based business can be both rewarding and exhausting. If you take a pause, so does your revenue. What steps can you take to avoid burnout?

In this session, you’ll discover the 4-stage Pivot Method framework. Jenny will share how she certified a small team of coaches, each working independently as their own LLC. Find out how she set-up training and onboarding to ensure the coaches were well-versed in her coaching systems and methods.

  • Train a small team of coaches so that you are not the bottleneck in your business. This creates freedom, ease, and the ability for you to do more strategic thinking and creative “public original thinking.”
  • Generate added value for your coaching team by connecting them with each other as a mini business mastermind
  • Be thoughtful about the business model behind your coaching practice and creating more scale; every iteration has pros and cons. Stay focused, and don’t take on more than you can (or want to) handle.
