Based in Asia for over 20 years, he leverages both the Western coaching approach and Asian wisdom as he helps his coachees unleash more of their personal greatness and take their leadership to the next level.

Passionate about contributing more to humanity and helping the coaching profession grow, Jean-Francois served as the Chairman of the Global Board of the International Coaching Federation in 2019.
