Dr. Haesun Moon is a communication scientist and developer of the Dialogic Orientation Quadrant (DOQ), a practical framework for mapping meaning in conversations. Her work bridges microanalysis, coaching, and leadership to make communication more visible, measurable, and effective. With a background in adult education, she helps individuals and organizations shift from problem-talk to purpose-driven dialogue. Known for her clarity, warmth, and rigour, Haesun’s research and teaching focus on how everyday language creates—and re-creates—our relationships, roles, and realities.
