Diane B. Fontenot

Diane is a life-long learner and educator; a coach since 1992. Her clients are professionals, executives, and business owners. She works with her clients to improve their business results and their quality of life. Her individual clients focus on improving personal effectiveness, management, and leadership capacity. Corporate clients work to improve team performance and results, organizational culture, and their continuous improvement process.

Diane has worked in over 15 industries including finance, oil & gas, hospitals, manufacturing, real estate, radio, K-12 education, and universities. She has worked in the southeastern United States and Colorado.

She has donated over 100 hours of her time to work as a team member and team leader evaluating applications and doing site visits for state Performance Excellence Awards based on the Baldrige criteria. Diane has also served her community by offering complimentary services to local chambers and economic development agencies.

Diane loves her work and is inspired by her clients. She is confident that the world will ultimately develop companies with best practices for their own success, client satisfaction, employee fulfillment, and good stewardship of our environment. It is her mission to support them in that endeavor.
