Dan Newby

Dan is a long-time coach, author, and teacher. He is a champion for Emotional Literacy and works with leaders, educators, and coaches worldwide.
He has co-authored five books on emotional literacy and its application to coaching and is the creator of the Emotions-Centered Coaching Model. He teaches Emotions-Centered Coaching to coaches and “people who support people” including leaders, therapists, educators, faith leaders, and parents.
Dan holds a PCC Certification from ICF backed by more than 9500 hours of coaching and has coached and trained worldwide. Dan lives in Spain with his wife, Lucy Núñez.

In this session, you’ll learn to identify a team’s current mood, and how to get them into their ideal mood. You’ll discover a methodology you can apply to a wide variety of team types and sizes, and achieve amazing results.
