Biography
Dr. Catherine Carr, Head of Systemic Team Coaching Training for North America, also leads Supervision for the Systemic Team Coaching Practitioner Program and serves as the North American Lead for Resilience@Work. A faculty member at Royal Roads University, she is currently conducting research and co-authoring Team of Teams Coaching with Prof. Peter Hawkins, slated for publication in 2025.
With over 18,000 coaching hours, Dr. Carr is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, a Master Corporate Executive Coach (ACEC), Individual and Team Master Practitioner with EMCC, an Accredited Supervisor, and a Registered Psychotherapist. Her contributions to team coaching include doctoral research, journal articles, and co-authorship of High-Performance Team Coaching and 50 Tips for Terrific Teams.
Dr. Carr’s diverse experience spans government, health, Indigenous organizations, mental health, and environmental issues. Committed to well-being and social impact, she coaches TED speakers and advocates for environmental and social justice causes. Based in Victoria, BC, she resides on the traditional territories of the W̱SÁNEĆ and Lək̓ʷəŋən-speaking peoples.
