Beatrice Hansen

Bebe integrates her extensive family business experience with her psychotherapy background to support leaders, groups and organizations in building leadership skills and capacities. She is a leadership coach, consultant and trainer, and has worked with leaders in the private, nonprofit and government sectors.

Bebe is the Principal of Presence-Based® Coaching and has taught and developed the curriculum for many years with Doug Silsbee, PCC, the program’s founder. Bebe continues to teach this cutting edge, ICF approved coach-training program with an outstanding team of Presence-Based practitioners and facilitators that she has personally trained. She delivers PBC, Presence-Based® Leadership and Presence-Based® Resilience trainings online and in person in Asheville, NC, around the US and internationally.

Bebe has an ongoing commitment to yoga and meditation practices and has been a practitioner of the Diamond Approach spiritual path since 2001. She enjoys road trips with her husband, traveling with her two grown daughters and son in law, and is a first-time grandmother. She can occasionally be found walking in the mountains of North Carolina and creating delicious desserts for family and friends.
