Archana is an accomplished leader, executive coach, and Vice President of Technology Projects at one of the largest banks in the MEA region. With over 20 years of experience in leadership and management, she is listed in the top 100 global thought leaders by People Hum and is a bronze medal winner of the Women in Business Stevie Awards – Coach, Mentor of the Year.

A certified executive leadership and team coach, Archana specializes in digital leadership, digital transformations, emotional intelligence, and strategy. She coaches senior executives, high potentials, and teams using her proprietary ‘Strategic Impact’ framework.
