Adrion Porter is a speaker, age diversity advocate, workplace consultant, and the founder of Mid-Career Mastery, the premier platform and strategic thought partner for organizations and their mid-career talent. A thought leader on professional growth and age inclusion, Adrion is on a passionate mission to help people master and maximize their middle years (midlife, mid-career, 40-plus, etc.).

Adrion is frequently invited by organizations around the world to present his signature model, The Malaise to Mastery Map™, a simple and actionable framework for getting unstuck and thriving at mid-career, midlife, or any age. His in-demand speaking and workshop topics also include "The ROI (Return on Inclusion) of Age Diversity and Mutual Mentoring at Work." Through his content and programs—Adrion has partnered with many world leading organizations including AARP, LinkedIn, Fidelity Investments, Black Enterprise, Truist, Harvard Medical School, Humana, ESSENCE, The Executive Leadership Council (ELC), and others.

Adrion is the creator and host of the Gen X Amplified podcast, and also the creator of the #FabulousOver40 Spotlight and Fireside Chat Series, which feature an esteemed
and inspirational selection of leaders who are making a meaningful impact on the world at midlife. A former 20+ year marketing executive, Adrion has previously worked for some of the top brands including HBO, Cartoon Network, Citi, and as the CMO of a media/tech non-profit.

Adrion holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Memphis. He currently resides in the Greater Atlanta area with his wife and their two children.
