Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating in ‘The World’s Largest Coaching Session’. By ticking the box and proceeding with your enrollment, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Coaching Session Details:
a. Date and Time: May 8th, from [10am ET] to [11:30am ET] (Total Time: 90 minutes)
b. Location: The session will be live and take place virtually using the Zoom Platform.
c. What to Expect: The session will commence with an introduction from prominent figures in the coaching industry, followed by the division of participants into smaller breakout rooms of 10 - 12 people for coaching on participant-chosen topics. The session will conclude with a brief reunion of all participants for a debrief and survey.
d. Materials Provided: Participants will receive a summary of key content covered in their group coaching session.
Participant Commitment:
a. Attend the session punctually and participate in the entire event.
b. Engage actively and respectfully in the group coaching session.
c. Respect the confidentiality of all discussions during the session.
d. Complete a survey at the end of the coaching session.
Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal or proprietary information shared during the Coaching Session. This includes, but is not limited to, personal experiences shared by participants and any materials provided by the Provider.
No Guarantee:
The Provider makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of the Coaching Session. The Participant acknowledges that their progress and results are dependent on their own effort, motivation, and application of the material discussed during the session.
Liability:
The Provider shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the Participant's participation in the Coaching Session. The Participant agrees to hold the Provider harmless from any claims, losses, or damages.
Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware in the United States of America.
