Josh Sheets

After graduating from the University of Colorado in Boulder in 2002, Josh began working with Dr. Daniel Booth and TruScore (formerly, The Booth Company, Inc.) an industry leading 360 assessment provider. There he worked with a variety of organizations, helping implement and manage global assessment programs.
Josh took his operational experience to help grow another small Denver based business before returning to TruScore in 2014, where he currently oversees Sales and Operations.
Since 2002, Josh has had the opportunity to be a part of a rapidly evolving industry as technology has significantly impacted how leaders across the globe access and leverage assessment tools. And, with more than a decade focused exclusively on 360 based leadership development assessments, Josh has gained valuable insights into how coaches and organizations can leverage recent digital enhancements to maximize the value they bring to their clientele.
