Answer Questions

When leading innovation, you have to take the mindset of someone who is leading a team of explorers who are about to step into the unknown. Leaders cannot ask for a map. They must learn to navigate uncertainty.

In this session, you’ll discover how leaders can drive innovation by asking the right questions at the right time. You’ll learn how to guide teams in presenting a well-rounded idea, with all assumptions backed up with evidence.

  1. How to guide teams to extract the assumptions and risks underlying their ideas?
  2. How to guide teams to make explicit the evidence they have to support their assumptions?
  3. How to guide teams to make explicit the progress they have made so far in their project?
