The early stages of innovation and creativity can be fuzzy. This can make it difficult for teams to align and make decisions about what to do next. Visual tools can be used to make these kinds of concepts tangible – but what are they?
In this session, you’ll explore visual tools you can use to drive better innovation design and progress towards success. You’ll also discover how creativity and innovation can be managed as a process.
When leading innovation, you have to take the mindset of someone who is leading a team of explorers who are about to step into the unknown. Leaders cannot ask for a map. They must learn to navigate uncertainty.
In this session, you’ll discover how leaders can drive innovation by asking the right questions at the right time. You’ll learn how to guide teams in presenting a well-rounded idea, with all assumptions backed up with evidence.
