Answer Questions

They say variety is the spice of life. However, the various ways people view the world differ dramatically depending on which generation they were born into. Is generational diversity a weakness within an organization – or a strength?

In this session, you’ll learn about the differences and similarities across the 5 generations in the workforce, and how each can be leveraged to create cross-generational synergy that drives results. You’ll also examine the characteristics of each generation.

  1. Demonstrate a deeper understanding of generational characteristics and why each are the way they are.
  2. Learn techniques for communicating more effectively with members of different generations.
  3. Appreciate generational diversity as an organizational strength rather than a barrier to progress.
