COVID-19 has left an economical crisis in its wake, and it is a greater challenge than people have ever faced. This is now present in every coaching session, both overtly or covertly, consciously or unconsciously.

In this session, you will discover how you, as a coach, can move from ego-centric to eco-centric coaching. You’ll be introduced to the 5 Stages of the EcoPhase Cycle model, which is eco-curious, eco-informed, eco-aware, eco-engaged, and eco-active.

  1. How to start a new coaching relationship with ecological awareness present.
  2. How nature and the ecology can be a partner in the coaching work.
  3. How your coaching business can make a net positive contribution to the ecological crisis.

Coaches often say that addressing the current ecological crisis is not their job. However, it can’t be ignored for long. This element is ever present in coaching sessions, whether glaringly obvious, or subliminally.

In this session, you’ll discover approaches and methods to attend to the ecological dimension of every coaching relationship. You’ll learn how to tap into the wider ecological world as a core resource, enabling the deeper coaching world required to master this topic.

  1. How the ecological crisis is at root an epistemological crisis that is the fundamental ways we perceive and think about the world.
  2. How coaching can help us evolve our ways of thinking and perceiving so we as a species are more future-fit.
  3. Ways of coaching that enable transformational shifts in ways of thinking.
