Ivonne likes to push boundaries; as a digital native, Ivonne started her career at a consultancy working with international corporations as an Agile Coach to accelerate team performance. She had no idea that years later she would shape the possibilities of coaching with VR-technology, creating the “CoachTech Summit”, the world’s first conference on VR coaching. She pioneered VR training for coach professionals, such as David Clutterbuck. After living in Edinburgh, Munich, and Hong Kong, 2020 started out as an exciting year for her to become self-employed, facilitate strategic remote workshops and design virtual interactions behind the most well known Agile conferences in the world and federal diversity organisations in Berlin. Ivonne inspires and stimulates her audience to step outside their comfort zone in her own welcoming, pragmatic and joyful way.
