Answer Questions

Diversity awareness is growing in the workplace, including neurodiversity.  One example of neurodiversity is Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), where more adults worldwide are being diagnosed with ADHD / ADHD-like symptoms (debilitating procrastination, constant lateness, etc.). In the US, adult diagnoses are growing 4x faster (123.3%) than children diagnoses (26.4%).

In this session, we’ll explore how to help your coaching clients better navigate ADHD in the workplace, whether it’s their own or that of their colleagues’.

  1. Checklist of adult ADHD / ADHD-like symptoms in the workplace.
  2. Procrastination, Perfectionism, Paralysis – Oh My! Strategies for leveraging ADHD in the workplace.
  3. How to use a Growth Mindset to support the neurotypicals AND the neurodiverse in the workplace.
