Given the opportunity, people will behave rationally. However, as coaches, we often encounter, sometimes daily, people who behave irrationally. What if it were possible to cure this seeming ‘stupidity’?

In this session, you’ll discover how to achieve freedom from the frustration that the irrational behavior can cause. You’ll learn to focus on the reasons why people act as they do, and help clients to take down the natural barriers to communication that can hinder them.

  1. Attendees will stop focusing on behavior and start understanding WHY people behave the way that they do.
  2. Participants will take a look with an inward lens and discover how the natural barriers to human communication hinder their leadership.
  3. Discover tools to improve effectiveness in delivering change objectives.
