Answer Questions

As a coach, you typically align teams through their vision, mission, objectives, and/or behaviors. However, these things are driven by emotions. If you don’t establish a team’s mood, the rest may not align properly.

In this session, you’ll learn to identify a team’s current mood, and how to get them into their ideal mood. You’ll discover a methodology you can apply to a wide variety of team types and sizes, and achieve amazing results.

  1. How to introduce emotion into your individual or group coaching.
  2. How to show a team the power of working with their emotions.
  3. How to help a team identify their current and ideal moods and how to close the gap.
