Chris founded Actionable.co in 2008 to help facilitators, consultants and coaches prove and amplify the impact of their client work.

Almost 15 years later, Actionable.co is used in more than 1000 organizations in 14 countries to ensure knowledge transfer and measure behavior change impact.

A sought-after speaker, and the host of the 21st Century Workplace podcast, Chris is deeply knowledgeable about the forces impacting today’s workplace culture change and the learning & development landscape.

Chris lives in Toronto, Canada with his wife and their two young sons.
